Default 90's. The not so Golden Era of Heavyweight boxing.

The big four from this current era are Wladimir Klitschko, Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua.

Wladimir Klitschko -opponents-Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua
Tyson Fury - opponents - Wladimir Klitschko, Deontay Wilder1,2
Deontay Wilder - Tyson Fury 1,2 (scheduled)
Anthony Joshua - Wladimir Klitschko

It's highly likely that Joshua will also face Wilder and Fury at least once each. As well as Fury vs Wilder fighting for a third time. Wlad may even come back yet, who knows.

90's HW - The big four. Lewis, Tyson, Bowe, Holyfield.

Pedlyfield - Bowe, 1,2,3. Tyson 1,2. Lewis 1,2
Bowe - Pedlyfield 1,2,3
Tyson - Pedlyfield 1,2. Lewis
Lewis - Pedlyfield 1,2. Tyson.

It was Pedlyfield keeping the whole thing going and the perception of all the best then facing the best. Look at the list now without Pedlyfield.

Bowe - 0
Tyson - Lewis
Lewis - Tyson

Not looking so hot now is it? And even worse considering that it was not even a past prime Tyson facing Lewis, but a completely finished Tyson.

Well said. Holyfield was main figure of hw in 90s. He fought them all.

Klitchko isn’t part of this era he was late 90s early 2000s he’s old ass ghost doesn’t count or we might as well throw in Shannon Briggs as well, the fact you even threw him on there shows you’re desperate to make a point.

90s had Forman, Moorer, McCall, Tua, Bruno, Mercer, Gollota, Morrison, Byrd, and the klits to go along with the 4 you named.

The overall crop was just better and so were the fights it was a much more exciting time . This era of hw’s is exciting too but it’s just not at the same level of where the division was in the 90s.

Lennox Lewis, Michael Moorer, Francis Botha, Tommy Morrison, Mike Tyson, Razor Ruddock, Ray Mercer, Frank Bruno, Oliver Mccall, Riddick Bowe, Andrew Golota, David Tua, Ike Ibeabuchi, Evander Holyfield, Alex Stewart, Bert Cooper, Larry Donald, Shannon Briggs *Peak, Henry Adetokunboh Akinwande, Herbie Hide, Chris Byrd.

Other mentions of cross over fighters: Tony Tucker, George Foreman, Tony Tubbs and many more.

The 1990's was too deep in terms of strength and depth, with boxers who could actually well? Box, and where actually 'In condition'. That is one thing that has been missing from many divisions of this era? Strength and depth.

This era has zero strength and depth.
