Its pretty funny because Floyd is KNOWN to use xylocaine.
That's why he wouldn't fight outside of Vegas because anywhere else, xylocaine is illegal to use in the ring.
That means no Pac-Mayweather fight in Texas.

I couldve sworn mayweather has fought in Michigan a few times. Is it illegal there also?..........

I think somewhere in Floyd's last 5 or 10 fights, he began using xylocaine because his hands are starting to be worn down.
I mean if he would have used xylocaine at the start of his career, he shouldn't have been a professional boxer in the first place lol.

i thought he started using it right after he broke his hand in the carlos hernandez fight. I know he fought NDOU in michigan, and that was after carlos hernandez.
