Turkish kabob makers in Tokyo (of which there are many) committing a sexual assault have nothing to do with the Syrian refugee situation.

The propaganda link not withstanding, the actually article which it references says they had applied for refugee status citing 'family issues' in Turkey. They were not fleeing a war zone, and were probably just trying to pull one over on the immigration office in order to be granted permanent residency.

I could be happy in Japan. 98+% are ethnic Japanese...I love their culture.
