Why can't you just post from your straightup account, in any case Sig P226, or just about any type of revolver so long as the barrell length is at least 4-6 inches, anything less and you'll miss your target from 10 feet away.

It's just the sight radius makes it harder for shooters to shoot.

Also short barrel reduces the power of the bullet.

Barrel length doesn't really affect accuracy. It's just longer barrel lessens recoil, lengthens sight radius.

i'm not a fan of shotguns and rifles. I'm not really even into firearms anymore but the sound and sight of a shotgun, will stop just about anyone from anything without ever having to fire a round.

home defense is going to be all close up, if you're close enough to look the crackhead / methhead in the eyes, a snubnose .38 is definitely good enough
