who is the naturally bigger man, jones, calzaghe or hopkins?

tough question, hopkins spent majority of his career at 160 but he never allowed himself to go past 170 when he wasn't fighting or he would have found it impossible to get back down, looked very good at 175 and big when he fought there. calzaghe spent majority of his career at 168 but would often go as high as 200 inbetween fights, looked ok at 175 but hopkins looked bigger. jones spent majority of his career at 175 but was always small at the weight, fought as low as 154 and as high as 200.

Hopkins is clearly bigger than RJJ. Even had they fought at catchweight or at 175.

roy jones first fight was at super welterweight
bernard hopkins first fight was at light heavyweight
joe calzaghe's first fight was at super middleweight, but he was known to blow up to 170 easily, his walk around weight is about 175-180 i'd say
