I jump rope for 7 rounds. I try crossing my feet over while i jump, bring the right over the left, then back to centre, then left over right. Today I'm goning to do something new during shadowboxing. I'm going to jump rope between rounds as my rest period. I'm try to improve my recovery.

i skip for five 3 minute rounds (sprint skipping for the last 30 secs of each round) with 30 seconds rest between each round. Sometimes i do a circuit exercise such as press ups or crunches during the rest periods.
I also add 10 seconds to a round if i make a mistake (as in rope hits feet and i have to stop or whatever.)
