Nothing like a crawfish boil.

Of course I love all seafood - scrimps, crab legs, and my favorite lobster (claw meat is my favorite).

Crawfish are like a combination of all three - crab, lobster, and scrimps.

Funny Chief. but I love lobster, shrimp and most seafood. Just never got into crawfish. Maybe because I only try the little ones served at Chinese buffets(as mentioned)) but after trying I was wondering what was the big deal about them.
