But yeah, all of us subject to an endless stream of deliberate manipulation, and the kicker is that no matter how immune you think you is, you ain't. Maybe you believe you're aloof, maybe you respond with antagonism to attemps at manipulation from authority, but all these reactions are quantifiable and subject to modelling too.

My advice? Do you right by those close to you, your loved ones, the communities you are part of, go with goodness in your heart - abide by the golden principle of ethics - but keep a healthy cynicism in your mind and trust no one who tells you they know truth about anything.
