    • You have a ship. There's 2 captains. One captain says that the ship should go East while the other captain says the ship should go West. Since they cannot agree, they decide to let the sailors vote.

The sailors are split, but the majority says East. The East captain and his officers are delighted and jumps for joy while the West captain is in agony and abandons ship.

Then the East captain and his officers abandons ship as well as they feel their job is done.

I do agree largely with this guys sentiments.

The main issue that a load of these kids had is that the Brexit campaign wasn't packaged up the way they would have liked. As an agenda pushed by the left as it has always traditionally been.

Once the dust settles and we officially leave it's hello China, India, America and all of the Commonwealth. There's some method in this madness.

          • Looks like the GBP took another massive hit as the bank of England lowered the interest rate.

Expensive imports = cheaper exports. Great news for some domestic businesses and start ups where they're export heavy. It's bad news for savers though.

              • Next up for the UK: NIRP.

I'm still on the fence if they will get there but if they do, good luck with that.

They're a bunch of ****ing morons, there was no need to lower it, they're just pissed they were on the wrong side of the argument and are now trying to prove themselves right to the detriment of investors.

Too many pro-EU media sources over there on the continent. Nobody abandoned anything.

Nigel Farage was not in Government, Boris Johnson was not in cabinet at the time and Michael Gove lost the Conservative leadership race.

They would all love to have been Prime Minister but unlike the people, the gravy train Conservative MPs were broadly pro-Remain, so none was going to get the backing.

It takes a hit every time the Canadian pro-Remain, former Goldman Sachs, and current Bank of England Governor Mark Carney opens his mouth.
