Golovkin may be honorable but his team is still obligated to get him the most money possible, short and long term.

At his age, short and long term is the same thing. Which means they’ll look at the Canelo rematch.

The big question is whether GGG submitted, in writing, on Friday, his plan to face his IBF mandatory by August 3rd? If he didn't, then we should be seeing an announcement that he's been stripped by the IBF, and that announcement should be TODAY!

Well said! Like the article said, "he's posturing for a bigger piece of the pie." That's a smart move! He shouldn't get anything less than 50/50!

That sounds like ggg doesn't want the rematch. If ggg plays hard ball, Canelo should move on and fight Charlo, Lemuix or Jacobs

If GGG wants to walk from the rematch over this then that is his prerogative but it is his wallet that will suffer. So if Canelo goes on to pass a lie detector test then the fight was killed over trace and consistent with contaminated meat, amounts of clenbuterol. That will seem stupid to some people.

Question is, Does Canelo want to get another A$$ kicking...?

Is the failed test the Buns way of putting GGG on the back burner...

Oscar didn't want the first fight and he sure as hell doesn't want the 2nd one...
