I always enjoy a good 'I have no idea how those drugs got in my system' excuse, but this 'I have no idea how I accidentally refused a drugs test' one just seems a little questionable...

The agent didn't show any papers. you may like to piss in front of strange men, but I can certainly see why Chavez would refuse that offer if the guy didn't show the right paperwork.

I'm starting to think you might be right about this and the higher paid guys just pay for better un-detectable drugs.

Existing standards should be improved and made more strict.

And the punishments have to be effective. Hit fighters AND promoters in the pocketbook.

You can't just let things slide. At some point you have to draw a line and not back down.
