I hope in the future we have secret cameras installed in every bathroom not only in public but in all houses as well and an AI system that records who doesn't wash their hands - it gathers intel for maybe 1 year or so and then the government cracks down on those people and sends them all to death camps.

Do you realize how many diseases and germs there are in the modern world? Think about all the different cultures that live in the US. You have take that into account as well.
