Second, can you name a me a socialist country that is even large enough to have a military that could be comprable to either of the larger Capitalist or Communist countries? Because im thinking that Socialism may not be the cause of these smaller armies but rather the lack of a large population.

Excellent point however if I used say Brazil or umm Nigeria as an example then your logic is flawed because both of those countries fall within the top 10 most populated and have small militaries. Population doesn't define the military size necessarily.
