Aside from Floyd and Oscar, cotto ain't doing too well on his own. Floyd and Oscar were natural stars regardless if they stay or be a free agent, they were gonna be successful.
    Lmao....

Only the people in the Salt-Water cult, they believe salt water heals a "severely torn" rotator cuff, and that gay people are worse than dogs (which he used to eat as a kid).

Not sure Pac chose anything. Remember when he had VisionQwest looking into his finances and was told Arum was robbing him blind? Remember how he was going to pursue Arum and Koncz? Remember how Arum reacted? No? Soon VisionQwest was firedand Pac came back to the plantation his tail between his legs. The question here is, what did and does have Arum on him to make him drop the case and never even hint about it again? Someone knows why? A hint?

He's likely going bankrupt from giving away all his money.

VQ was hired to look into pac's tax problem.

According to the press release, up until VisionQwest was hired in 2010, Pacquiao's taxes were handled by several different accountants who "simply plugged in numbers supplied by Michael Koncz into the taxation forms and filed them with the IRS". Evidently, as Pacquiao's popularity, and more impotantly his income, continued to grow, a red flag was raised that prompted the IRS to audit his taxes for the years 2006 and 2007. At that point, Team Pacquiao reached out to VisionQwest to help resolve their tax issues.

The Pac fans on this site have chosen to forget about this incident. They also have chosen to forget about the fact that Pacquaio owed the Filipino tax bureau $70 million and owed the IRS $18 million.

That is the reason Pacquaio is fighting. Even if he actually was paid $150 million to fight Mayweather, he owed half of that to the Filipino government. The Filipino government didn't forgive that debt when he was elected senator.

Pacquaio is fighting for the love of the game..... if the game is a euphemism for money.

Manny's motivation is probably pretty similar to most boxers. Money sure, but also the roar of the crowd. How often in life do you get to hear 20,000 people roaring for you and chanting your name? Surely it doesn't happen when you make a good investment in the stock market, or have a successful business.

In the ring you get that adulation. That;s probably why he did the sentator thing too. To be still relevant and maybe famous to his people.

For the financial aspect and comparing him to Mayweather. Mayweather probably is no financial genius but he did the smart thing and worked with Haymon. He credits Haymon all the time. All Haymon did is probably lay out how they could both make money and Haymon was probably really transparent in how it went down so Floyd is like yeah let's do this. I am sure Mayweather had plenty of leechers and hanger on's too, Manny just had nobody good whispering in his ear and felt some odd loyalty to Arum.

I don't think Arum is too much of villain but he knows how to exploit guys. He builds them up which he should get credit for. If they can go on their own later, they will except for Manny.

Since when did "love of the game" mean "money"? There's translations issues, then there's this.
