I would have to say is "Cops" undisputed. The reason I say that is because one of the pricks featured on "Cops" in my county was in even bigger prick in real life and this was from encounter in '04. Got to give him some credit. He stayed true to the prick he was.

I always get sucked into Locked Up marathons on like MSNBC and ****. I knew a guy who was a video editor for Cops (among other shows). Apparently because they need to show diversity in arrests for the cities, there are thousands of hours of hilarious arrest footage we will never get to see because they need to show Billy Bob getting his 2nd DUI instead of entire families flipping out on police and faking being assaulted and ****. -
