Oscar was a beast and schooled the "great" tito trinidad easily. He fought Floyd to a split dec even tho he was way past his prime. The Oscar that fought Chavez beats just about anyone from 140 to 147. Agree?

Keep in mind he lost to roid user Mosley and won the second fight easily.

Oscar was a heck of a fighter and I think he could of compete with almost anybody at 147 in the history of boxing but I tend to disagree with your comment. Why...against great fighter he only look average. It's only a back and forth fight where Oscar doesn't seem to fully look superior and take over. Just like his fight with Quartey, Sweet Pea, and Mosley. One thing I will agree is that Oscar is the greatest last 10 seconds fighter though LOL. As soon as that 10 secs warning bell ring, you better run because you know Oscar was coming after you LOL.

He was a great fighter, but always lost the "BIG" one. I don't think he would've beaten Leonard, Hearns, or Duran in their primes though he probably would've held his own. I think Vernon Forrest gives him problems too.
