Loma and Mikey Garcia at 135 would be a great fight, even though there are other good fights available I'd want to see that happen within 1-2 fights before Mikey is permanently 140.

Exactly this. It happens when a fighter rises to prominence and certain fans don’t like it.

They can look great beating credible guys countless times and there will still be those guys that immediately try it with the “yeah yeah but he’d lose too/but he’s ducking [insert fighter here]”

Some guys just don’t like to see success in fighters they don’t like, one reason or another. Never impressed
