He's a short 1 dimensional brawler. He's had close fights with Huck, Chambers, and even Takam.

As much flack as AJ gets for practically shutting out Takam the scorecards weren't dead even after 8 like they were for Povetkin.

His fight against Wlad was also less competitive than Jennings, Fury, and AJ.

You are clutching at straws. Povetkin has been on fire for years, he's the most in form heavyweight & and has the best resume of any current heavyweight. He only has one loss - to the greatest most dominant heavyweight of this era. He knocked Takam clean out which Joshua couldn't get close to doing. People are trying to push him out of boxing, trying to pretend he aint good and hoping he shows his age soon cause they know how good he is. Povetkin is the best current heavyweight.

Takam's strategy against AJ was to literally go into survival mode from round 1, it was a shut out. Povetkin got rocked against Takam again.

Chambers arguably beat Povetkin, another fight where he arguably lost.

Chagaev gave Povetkin a very tough fight as well, rocked him too.

Povetkin was less competitive vs Wlad than Jennings, AJ, and Fury. AJ and Fury actually beat him lmao.
