Who are the top 10 heavyweights based on their talent rather than record?

1-3 are all interchangeable, Wilder, Fury (in shape), and AJ
all are supremely talented can't really put 1 above the other.
4. Ortiz
5. Hughie Fury
6. Parker
7. Povetkin
8. Ugonoh
9. Haye
10. Pulev
It's pretty hard to rank them based off talent alone, 1-3 are the favorites, everyone else is neck and neck.
I think Ugonoh and Fury have A LOT of potential if they figure things out though and could wind up being serious threats.

Lol you seriously think Povetkin wouldn't be able to close the ring off and bang out Hughie. The Povetkin hate campaign from Black Americans lol, aint no Black American EVER beaten Povetkin maybe that's what bothers you!

He only has one loss - to the greatest most dominant heavyweight of this era. He knocked Takam clean out which Joshua couldn't get close to doing. People are trying to push him out of boxing, trying to pretend he aint good and hoping he shows his age soon cause they know how good he is. Povetkin is the best current heavyweight.
Huck moved up from cruiser in his 1st ever fight at HW and arguably beat him. Povetkin got rocked that fight too.
Prime Huck isn't even a top 5 cruiser in today's cruiser division lol.
Takam-Povetkin was dead even after 8. Takam got KO'd because he was fighting back, he was actually in the fight.
Takam's strategy against AJ was to literally go into survival mode from round 1, it was a shut out. Povetkin got rocked against Takam again.
Chambers arguably beat Povetkin, another fight where he arguably lost.
Chagaev gave Povetkin a very tough fight as well, rocked him too.
Povetkin was less competitive vs Wlad than Jennings, AJ, and Fury. AJ and Fury actually beat him lmao.
Sorry but I don't live in a fantasy world where Povetkin is some master boxer, he's a 6'2 brawler slightly ahead of the likes of Takam.

Povetkin could barely get passed guys like Takam and Huck, Fury is better than those two.
Why you bringing race into this? Last time I checked Hughie wasn't a black man lmao
