Rich "One Knee" Franklin and Goofing on Shamrock

Basically, this is the fallout from the whole Rich Franklin one knee advice that he gave to Matt Serra on the Ultimate Fighter 4 when Matt wanted to know what to do in order to avoid getting kicked in the head because he is shorter than everyone else. They pretty much rip on him but its all in good fun.
