No, not really. In the long run no one will give a damn about Josh Clottey so he's free to do whatever he wants.

      Manny's hot.
If I was Manny's dopeman I'd cut him off and get at Donair.

But the the point is if Floyd really believes in his skills and talent that he can beat Pacquiao, he should have not asked for that ridiculous clause for the fight! What is he afraid of about Pacquiao? PEDs?? Whether Pacquiao is taking PEDs or not, he still has a very good chance of beating Pacquiao! Previously, he has been saying along that "Pacquiao is too small for him...Pacquiao is way overrated...Pacquiao has suffered 3 losses in his career and therefore can be easily beaten by someone like him...etc."

Why is Clottey fighting Pacquiao now, with all this PED allegations on Pacquiao? Is Clottey not afraid that he will be destroyed Pacquiao? The answer is NO, Clottey is not afraid, BUT FLOYD IS!!

My opinion is that whether Pacquiao is on PEDs or not, Floyd has more skills than any other boxer in this world to beat Pacquiao!! It's just that, HE IS AFRAID! He just doesn't believe in his skills!
You hit the nail right on target, bro! Until this fight happens we'll never know who will come out winning. All we can do is guess. For all we know, this fight, if it ever happens, may well be a total mismatch in favor of Floyd! I don't even think Floyd believes Pac is taking peds. Pretending that he is seems to be working for him. And like he said, he doesn't need Pacquiao, he needs him. Which means he's not desperate for the fight. He's too scared of Pac. He doesn't even care what the public wants, including what his *****rons want.

The middle ground doesn't rest in number of days but who calls the shots. Mayweather can request towards an agreement, but he cannot enforce it.

Likewise, Pacquiao cannot enforce anything as far as weights, boxing gloves...etc...but it can be agreed upon.

The agreement/s IS the middle ground and thus there is no middle ground established. Stipulations from a "challenger" to a "champion" can be best viewed as unrealistic.

Pacquiao calls the shots and he can do away with anything as long as he isn't called upon by the NSCA.
Your theory about "stipulations from challenger to champion" is a bit of odd logic considering Pacquiao made his own "stipulations" with Hatton, Oscar, and Cotto-Oscar being a bigger draw ppv-wise,and the others being the belt holders...
Name one guy who makes Manny more money than Floyd, until then he cannot "call exclusively" all shots with someone who makes him more money. If that is his attitude,he will always be fighting boxers who are obsolete in PPV eyes...

USADA should talk/sit with the commission and discuss.

They were agreed upon, not forced....hello? Mayweather's demands does not hold any weight. He isn't the P4P and just came out of retirement and he expects people to just kneel in front of him?

This is reality. Pacquiao is THE boxer now.

But yet, to accuse someone with an unblemished record is ridiculous. As in any court of law, no one's complaint cannot be taken seriously unless there are proofs while having the credibility.

Mayweather doesn't have any of both either. Sorry.

Floyd's request was not,and can not be forced as you say. It was a single request as opposed to the many that Pacquiao got in his favour. It is simple-and was reasonable. If Manny didn't want to take the tests,it only gave Floyd more reason to be suspicious-end of story.

The only difference is Oscar,Cotto, and Hatton finally caved in during negotiations, but it does NOT change the fact that Manny (as a challenger) believed it was ok to place his own demands that you condemn Floyd for doing (since he is now a challenger).

This is the reality-Floyd makes Pac the most money today. If the fighter who makes you the most money has a request-simply compromise-don't make every excuse under the sun (from phobias, superstitions,to pride, etc).

It will be interesting to see if Pac will accept the lower end of the purse when Floyd/Shane outsells Manny/Clottey and if Floyd also takes the belt-once Floyd holds the belt he will be in legitimate standing to have a simple request met in your eyes,eh???? After all,he will no longer be a challenger as you say.

Oh, Pacquiao will take the fight even if he takes the lower end of the purse AS LONG AS FLOYD WON'T DEMAND A 14-DAY olympic style-random drug testing.

The question is: will Floyd take that fight on Pacquiao's 24-day limit, even with a lower purse on the part of Pacquiao?

To be honest, the point was meant to show the double standards of logic used by supposed fans of boxing. Floyd and Manny can leave boxing and boxing will still continue on.
If Floyd has more demands than he previously had (such as random testing with a 14 day cut-off, and more money) I would not blame him.He has been in bigger PPV's than Manny and will have a belt if he beats Mosely-who is viewed by the majority as the best welter at the moment,as he beat the "man" who beat the "man",to top this off,it will be interesting to see the new pound for pound ratings if Floyd beats Shane as Floyd may be seen as number 1 on the list.
To anyone's logic that should get some of his requests met,eh? Don't be surprised if Manny doesn't budge with his own demands though....

When was the last time Manny took the short end of the purse????Against massive fan based fighters such as Cotto and Hatton (both the belt holders, not challengers such as Manny) he still demanded the lion's share-no way will Manny take a smaller amount.
The only reason there was a 24 day limit instead of 14 is because Pacquiao was shown in a video getting blood taken out for the Hatton fight.Essentially, they knew he would be discredited for saying a longer timeframe than that.He was saving face....
