They talk about these fights but you know they aren't going to happen..

The only way he can beat GGG is on points. With his style there's no way he can win on points in Kazakhstan against an aggressive minded powerpuncher like GGG. He needs to fight GGG in the UK. Try to survive and hope for biased judges.
Anyways, GGG knocks him out no matter where they fight.

It's beyond stupid to say he used a nasal decongestant to duck Andrade.
Maybe he was trying to get an edge, or maybe he just had a stuffed up nose and thought that using something that was allowed outside of competition to get rid of it would be ok.

He’s already pulled out of 4-5 fights. Or has them postponed. Look at Murray? 2x alone. It costs money to train and prepare for fights. He’s a waste of time and money
But BJS's issues with pulling out of fights are a problem...if we really knew he would show up and not pull out, I'd say go for it...would be a fun fight and good test and would probably make some decent money...maybe they could include some type of 'delay' clause that penalizes BJS if he postpones for any reason.
At GGG's age he can't really afford to have his time wasted at this point...the Jacobs fight was delayed a few months, and the couple Canelo fights stretched him out as well...would like to see GGG in with a few more good fighters and if BJS is involved it is possible he wastes 6 months of his career and costs him 1 or 2 good opponents...if they can make the fight and BJS actually shows up I would like to see it though.
BJS is a tricky fighter and doesn't bring in a ton of money...so it will be a little tough for him to really secure big fights...saying he will go to GGG's country to fight is a good step as the B side...but BJS's tendency to pull out of fights, combined with his awkward style and limited money, just make him an unattractive prospect for most fighters...sucks because when he is on I really enjoy him...maybe that nasal spray is the trick for him though idk..but against Lemieux and Monroe I was very impressed.

I think it’s a good fight and have always saw Billy Joe faring well vs Golovkin. BJ is too masterful of his art

Did he duck Andrade by taking this or was he looking for an edge? Did he know that he would get caught? Who know's?Originally posted by kafkod View PostIt was obvious that BJS was furious with the MSAC for denying him a licence and bitterly disappointed at not being allowed to defend his title.
