He made the correct decision advising Charlo & Wilder to wait and see what happens over at DAZN. Now Charlo will now than likely get a unification before Andrade will and Wilder could possibly get a shot at the undisputed if everything goes right in his and Ruiz rematches.

It's always best to wait and see instead of jumping on the new fad. Especially when they're throwing money around that doesn't make sense.

DAZN weren't trying to sign PBC fighters on long term deals. they were offering them great money to fight on the APP. And whether it made sense or not, that money would have been in their bank accounts if they'd accepted it.

Charlo is in the wilderness at 160, and he doesn't even have his mandatory shot at Canelo to look forward to.

Wilder did what Massa Haymon and Massa Finkle told him to do and ended up fighting Breazeale for $10million less than he would have got if he'd used his brain and made his own decisions.

Andy Ruiz did use his brain by bypassing Haymon and contacting Eddie Hearn himself to get a fight with AJ on DAZN. Andy is now a rich man and the 3 belt unified world HW champion.

So who made the right decision ... Ruiz, who gambled on himself, fought AJ on DAZN, and picked up the money and the titles?

Or Wilder, who did as he was told, refused to gamble and sat tight playing it safe?

I have to agree. Ruiz made a very smart move. He brought all the heavyweight championship belts back to the PBC. Now I'm looking forward to an undisputed bout between Wilder vs Ruiz very soon.
