Spence/Garcia did 360-400k. Canelo/Khan did 460k.
For 2nd tier stars GGG used to be at the top, but his fall from grace was significant. Now its guys like Wilder, Fury, Lomachenko, Spencer, Crawford, Pacquiao, etc. Danny Garcia probably a 2nd tier star also, but Thurman and Porter are 3rd tier at this point...too inactive and boring to matter at all

Fans should buy whatever fights they think are worth the money. I just have no issue if a fan is happy that Crawford vs. Khan flopped, because everybody knew that fight was a joke and had it done well on PPV, there'd be no incentive for the promoter to present something better in the future.
PBC presentation just has a cheap feel to it and I can’t stand commercials during fights...but I’d gladly tolerate it if they were consistently airing good fights. It seems we’re in a spot where everyone seems to be trying to get a leg up on the competition and we suffer as a result. These guys all need to realize they’ll never have a monopoly over boxing so they might as well work together and make some money. At this point, I’m sure fans would happily buy a ppv every other month if it meant seeing the best fight the best.

Arum is desperate, he wants to make the fight. Shame he's been frozen out, ellerbe has even thrown out the idea of danny garcia, this or even next year. As network fans, this is what we want doe, war pbc!

It'll do more than Canelo/Khan which only did 460k
And they fought in Pontiac Michigan at the Silverdome. Wtf was that?
The big question is which fight will Haymon lose more on? The several million he lost on Pacquiao-Broner or what he will lose on Pacquiao-Thurman? Which do you think.
Also their isn’t a number with if a fight belongs on ppv. Depends if it makes money.
For example, If Manny would have had a 6 mil guarantee and Broner 3 mil then their ppv fight would have been profitable and made sense on ppv. Just like if crawford and Khan made 3 mil each 200k would be a profitable ppv for Top Rank.
All depends on balance of sales and purses.
How much big UK money did Khan being in?
