The terrible ppv buys of floyds last fight exposed the best kept secret in boxing and that's Floyd doesn't sell fights just because his name is on the card. The guy that calls himself money needed legends like pacquiao, de la joto, jmm, Hattie , cotto and up and coming star canelo to sell buys. Pacquiao sold more fighting an unknown algeri based solely on his name on the show. Floyd is a star but was proven in his last fight to not be THE star of the sport.

Who gives a flying fu ck. Name one fighter who didn't/doesnt need another big name to get big PPV numbers.
