yea bro ive been here over 10yrs now...i just took 25 days in December to vacation overseas...gonna take another 90 or so in May when i go visit Thailand

I work in sales and earn a commission so it’s essentially my choice as to how long I want off. Receptionist in the office have a minimum 28 days annual leave every year (this is Australia)
Plus all public holidays, and I think around 10 days sick leave


Edit- you don’t have to work there for any time to get this, you just need to be working “full time” and not “part time”

Even the ****tiest entry-level job I worked gave over 20 paid vacation days after a year. That's nothing special.

Most places will hold out until you've worked for a year straight though.

I get 2 weeks. Extra week after 5 years, week after 10, week after 20, and week after 30 and then you die . And 24 hours of regular paid time.off.
