That lowest black unemployment rate is a perfect example of him not actually doing anything.

In the context of the pardon, he did nothing. It was an easy win win for him.

It is interesting there were others unfairly punished but only one gets pardoned because he was a celebrity.

what policies did trump implement that led to that? just wondering. it wasn't like it was already on pace to meet that mark anyway right? i mean that would be silly to take credit for that...i guess he can take credit for not fu-cking up the pace? although that would be hard to do since things like that change slowly. also how are those wages going? still stagnant for 40 years? hey maybe tax cuts for rich people should be tried again? its gotta work this time!!!

so yes he literally did nothing or in other words he did things that will hurt in the long run but didnt hurt enough to stop the rate from meeting that mark.

The tax cuts for one, and the deregulation for two, which made it much easier for businesses to operate.

The business environment is so healthy right now that they are literally struggling to find workers. In regards to wages they are up 2.7% and your average american makes about $27 an hour. Companies like Walmart, following the tax cuts rose their minimum wage to $11, that's more than a 50% increase from the federal minimum wage of $7.25
