The NRA felt especially threatened by the Black Panthers, whose well-photographed carrying of weapons in public spaces was entirely legal in the state of California, where they were based.

Sorry, I don't think that law abiding citizens are going to give up their rights as citizens based on their race. No one should submit to racism.
But hey, since everything seems to be all about race to you, why don't you (as the progressive Democratic socialist that you are) have those who are most likely to be victims of black gun violence vote on having all guns banned for blacks, then have those who are most likely to be victims of white gun violence vote on a similar bill for whites, do the same for asians, etc.
Seems that might make it fair. I wonder how that'd turn out.
