True for alcohol too. Throughout my teens to my mid 20s I binge drinked. Every weekend. Social events, parties, whatever. Get drunk because well, it was fun. That's what my friends and I would do. Once I stopped drinking, I didn't know how to have fun anymore with those same friends. I'd get together with them and think "what now?!" Just seemed lame. Eventually stopped hanging around them all together besides a couple larger social events a year (weddings, birthdays and PPVs).

Moral of this story? People are way more fun when drunk and high, so get fu cked up, don't waste time being sober, YOLO.

I've grown apart from 90% of the guys I grew up with for the same reasons you listed. As you get older you realize the majority of them are just drinking buddies. I could only have a conversation with a few of them when we're sober. Lol@the last part. I think a good balance is key. Too much of one lifestyle becomes a redundant bore.

haha that line made me howl. I've definitely never smoke the Devil's dick, but I agree about why people do drugs. Getting ****ed up does make life more interesting. I've had Long bout of sobriety and while I felt more focused, and accomplished, it was very monotonous and lacked any excitement.

Drugs are cool... when you're too lazy to run or do something else that let's you be social... you use drugs... I use to smoke weed everyday.. all my friends were pot heads all the chicks I met were met because of weed... my whole social life was weed... now that I don't smoke I have to look at running or drinking as a social outlet... wheb Lamar lost his ability to play basketball he resorted to the easiest outlet.. drugs... nothing wrong there... he just took it too far...
