He is not going to jail.....he can set up a payment plan from his tow scheduled fights Broner/May. Actually Floyd saved Manny by giving him these fights. So he can get cd's, which will pay off his debt over time, which will settle his tax debt

Lets say manny makes 20 mil (using these #'s to make it easier to understand) say manny buys a cd with 5% interest, every 6/9 months it pays from that 5%. The IRS will consider this matter over........because over time this money will be able to pay off his debs here and abroad. If you set up cd'd properly, you can get money back consistently from this properly invested money (the cd)
For example go put 5k down on one, for your childs education.....it will pay that education cost by the time your child is in college
