President Trump is doing a great job so far.

He's definitely one of the 5 greatest US presidents at this point & exceeded my expectations (which, to be fair, were extremely low — I thought he would cave to global corporate liberalism the day he was sworn into office like all the others do).

We would do without them. These "shutdowns" are engineered in such a way that noncritical jobs like park/museum attendants and symbolic positions that shouldn't exist in the fist place ("diversity specialists") affected but medicaid, postal, military, etc carry on.

I don't know if I'm stating the obvious here, but you may be a television viewer & therefore think there was actually a "government shutdown".

By and large nobody would notice & the few relevant things they do affect (speed of tax returns) would be remedied via a workaround.
