all id suggest is an elbow support, strengthen the muscles around the elbow and avoid the aggravating exercises. prolotherapy has very little evidence behind it and is expensive, same with stem cell therapy for MSK conditions. dont know how scans work in your country but it might be worth getting an MRI done if available

MRI is ideal for this, but keep in mind some just don't have means to get one done. Also, guess I'm the type who will try everything possible to work though an injury before going to see a doctor. part of it is being a stubborn old bastard and the other is I don't fully trust Doctors and big pharma etc...
