Haymon gives him a cut. Al Haymon basically calls the shots for all the PBC cards. Dibella gets paid but Haymon is the one who pays the fighters not DiBella. Its the same as when Richard Schaefer was promoting all the Haymon fighters for Golden Boy. None of those fighers had actual promotional contracts with Golden Boy just like the PBC fighters don't have promotional contracts with DiBella. They sign "Advisory Agreements" with Haymon.

From my understanding neither Wilder or Spence are signed with him but he’s always got something to say or is the promotional side of the fight.
