    he is rich and came from a broken home and from the mean streets of Detroit so other young black/african americans can aspire to be like him and know that if he can make it so can they

    he acts very immature and ignorant
    he doesnt handle his finances in a mature manner
    he hasnt learned from his mistakes

      How come high profile athletes are automatically looked upon as role models?
      When looking at it for what it really is the **** is stupid. Charles Barkley was right when he made the commercial saying he is not a role model. You got some of these athletes who do drugs, and can't even ****ing read but because they get paid, run a 4.2 and score 30 ppg and get 12 rebounds a games that equates the to being good people.

      Then society feels let down when a human being makes a ****ed up mistake. But society for years still doesn't see something wrong with this pattern. Definition of insanity maybe????

              African Americans have plenty of Role Models. Mayweather is not one of them.
