Flat vs Globe Earth

Seems to me the flat earth trend is a typical conspiracy theory taken to the extreme.
We all agree its good to question authority and think for yourself, but its as if people dont apply that to the conspiracy videos they watch.
These videos throw 'facts', maths, and science at people who are not educated enough to verify what is true from what is false or distorted. It all seems very convincing.
The idea that 99.9% of scientists, amateur astronomers, astronauts, and the millions of people working with satellite communications and in the many space agencies around the world are all either lying to us or somehow duped, is outright absurd.
Every photo/video of the Earth from space is fake? Nah.

2. Simple maths and observation can clearly disprove the supposed curvature of the earth, but instead of believing what they witness themselves, people would rather accept the theories of geniuses who have somehow become unquestionable legends. 99.9% of scientists? There are many scientists, US Navy commanders and artillery experts who have supported the Flat Earth theory with hard evidence.
3. The only hint of proof you have of the Earth being a spinning ball is the rhetorical question "how could they have done it?". Believe it or not, deceiving people is quite easy with a little teamwork.
4. If you have experience with photoshop, adjust the image levels and review every photo NASA has given us of the Blue Marble and you will wonder how on Earth you originally believed the images were real. How does America change color so dramatically? How does America double in landmass then get smaller? It's really only your disbelief as to how and why this could be achieved that's holding you back from open-mindedly verifying this.
What shape do you believe the Earth is? Perfectly spherical like in the pictures, or oblate/pear-shaped like scientists say?

What really matters is that this religious element has corrupted the scientific value of astrology and geography today. “The Earth is a globe though, it’s science”.
One would assume that the science behind a spinning globe should have overwhelming photographic evidence with today’s technology. Surely, there are real pictures of the Earth from space? Unfortunately, you will not find any of said images.
Every single photograph of the Earth from space has been computer generated. When the manual contrast (image levels) is adjusted in NASA’s supposed photo of the earth from the moon, the picture clearly shows a square painting of the Earth was inserted after the photo was taken. Since that very successful moon landing, NASA has provided the world with astonishing photos of the earth which show the USA has grown twice as large in landmass in a matter of decades. NASA even admitted to us that the blue marble was photoshopped and that “it had to be”. NASA’s lack of credibility causes curious minds like my own to question the validity of their “science”.

Many people will watch one or two Neil deGrasse-Tyson videos and claim what he says is the truth, without knowing that this is the man who said the Earth was an oblate spheroid. He actually claimed that the Earth is “pear-shaped”. Isn’t it such a shame that every picture of the Earth NASA has given us has shown it as a perfect sphere?
“Antarctica is the South Pole. It gets 24-hour sun like the North Pole!”. This is one of the many lies that have been fabricated to discredit the Flat Earth theory. Believe it or not, there are dis-informers on the internet who present false observations like this in videos, that are actually edited and sadly, some are even taken from the North Pole and horizontally flipped.
If Antarctica is a continent, why hasn’t anybody ever flown over the South Pole to get to the other side of the globe? Isn’t it quite amusing how the Flat Earth makes sense of the globe’s nonsensical international flight paths?
Plus...
https://www.quora.com/Do-any-airline...ver-Antarctica“Why does the Sun go over the horizon? If the Earth was flat, wouldn’t we see the Sun from anywhere at any given time?”. This is the hardest concept for most people who believe in the globe Earth to come to terms with. As implied by Gleason’s map and the Geocentric model, the Sun is significantly smaller than the Earth and circles above us. This is all to do with your perspective. The further away things go, the smaller they become and the more atmosphere comes between them and yourself.
Thanks to advanced optical zoom cameras, numerous studies and observations have blatantly disproved the alleged curvature of the Earth, which is supposedly an 8 inch drop per mile - squared.
“It’s a mirage though”.
The Chicago Skyline should not be visible, as pictured above, 60 miles away in Stevensville, MI.

I think even if there were many photos/videos you would believe the photos to be fake.
Not sure what you would consider as proof.

I didnt ask that question. My scepticism about this huge global conspiracy is based on the old rule of the simplest explanation being the more probable one.
You can come up with an incredibly elaborate alternative theory about nearly anything.

Bit its not any belief that is holding me back. Its just that i think when presented with a fantastical concept like this, we should look to verify its claims before preaching about it.

it's true that the theory of gravity needs improving due to anomalies that gravity couldn't accurately predict in space or explain at all.
But here on earth the law works just fine. It's been used to predict the results of countless experiments just fine.
