Russia is running on cash reserves right now. That money is going to run out very soon. Their economy was designed to run off high oil prices. Oil prices are low and aren't going up anytime soon as far as anyone can tell.

Their cash reserves will run out soon, they are headed for a major collapse. We don't even need to go to war with them we can just sit back and continue to sanction them.
