You are thinking of christmas pudding, I think you can also call it plum pudding. You do leave that in the cupboard for months before eating it, to let it 'mature'. Again, I think its pretty nice, but lots of people don't like it.

Try and find a cafe called Fat Bastards, it's great. The girl who works there has huge **** and the food is even better.
