  • Why can't 160 produce a fighter like Bellew?

Whether MW's move up or down, they always seem to fail. Why can't any of their contenders do what Bellew did?

-Top 10 contender Geale moves down, crushed by Cotto whom they all said was past it.

-Top 5 contender Murray moves up, clearly beaten by Groves, Abraham, and nearly beaten by an unknown.

-Top 10 contender N'Dam goes to the Olympics, loses against an amateur.

Bellew, around the 10-20 range at lhw, moves up 15lbs, wins a cruiser weight title, defeats a top 10 cruiser, makes an immediate jump to HW, defeats David Haye.

    Stupid troll thread is stupid.

    Bellew beat an injured man.

Geale was drained, he has issues making 160 and was forced to 157. After that moved to 168.

    Show me more examples please.

        Ok.

He moved up to 168 and got KO'd in 2 rounds by a guy with just 11 wins.

Bellew took out multiple fighters, including Makabu and Flores, both guys never stopped on his way to Haye. Bellew took Haye's best shots for 6 rounds, you think "iron chinned" ggg could do that? He even fought with a broken hand, in his 1st fight at HW. MW's can't even handle moving up and down a division!

Every weight division goes through a period of time where the competition just isn't that good, some more and for longer than others.
