Under the current system it would have given you (on a perfect pick):
(40 x 3) + (40 x 2) = 200
Under the old system it would have given you:
40 x 3 x 2 = 240
The highest score it's possible to get from a regular (non DRAW) pick is 360 from a perfect 40 with a x5 on a +1000 underdog.
The most possible points including draw picks is 450 with a x3 on a DRAW, and I still reckon that's on the high side. I was kinda hinting at banning multipliers from DRAW picks but didn't follow through cos there still seemed to be some support for it.
We'll see how it plays out this year, we have reduced the threshold for underdog multipliers so we should be getting a few more of those coming into play, but if enough folk like the idea of bigger scores from multipliers we can look at that for next season.
