Have any of you had sleep paralysis before? What about lucid dreaming?

ive had sleep paralysis before...worst one was a couple years ago was in my apt taking a nap on my side and felt my bedroom doors open and i could not turn and felt like this shadowy figure heading towards me...i tried talkin like who the fkkk are you but i couldn't even let out a word only my eyeballs could move....when it was over i remember being confused if it was a dream that i had or had i really just went thru that....my door was not open

haven't had one in years now but after a while i got use to them where when i felt i was going thru one i would try to just relax and would go away seconds later
