I think he is more European level. But with Warren's protection and a vacant WBO belt around he will be a world title belt holder...

i don't know. i haven't been impressed by mitchell in a while. i hope he does well, but i can't see him going too far in a very strong competitive superfeatherweight division.

Thats pretty much the way i see it,Wbo if the title was vacant or if not a WBU/IBO belt.I think he is a good fighter but he wont fight at a much higher level than he is at now.
