BTW, when are the US and UK going to confiscate Israel's WMD's. Seems like one hell of a double-standard in play here. No Middle-Eastern country can have WMD's except for Israel. No M-E country can have nuclear technology except for Israel, no country in the M-E can have any means to protect their land except for Israel.

1) He didn't have the means to do it

2) If he got lucky and accomplished it, it would've been obvious who did it

If he had tried, the U.S would've smashed Iraq. It never happened. Iraq was crippled by sanctions and had no means to pull something like that off. They were treading water.
