    Not trying to be a d1ck but Burns was never good in the first place. The division happened to be god awful which benefited him greatly.

                    Gonzalez fucked Burns up, Beltran finished him for good. Ever since then he's been terrible.

                    Defiantly wasn't ever an "elite" fighter but wasn't a "bum" at all.
