So wait, the cop shoots the kids friend yet the kid is charged with murder? Sounds like a bull**** law that needs to be repealed immediately.

This is going to get appealed, I doubt the kid is going to get 65 years. 1-3 years max for this sort of thing.

I think you probably gotta deaden yourself up to things if you are 18 looking at 65 years.

And maybe you just aren't used to this whole cops kill black kids stuff to develop a dark humor on the topic where one could think things like "yea they killed my friend, but I'm gonna do the time for it....makes sense" despite the seriousness thats going on in the same moment. I don't think thats a uncommon human emotion to be thinking/feeling multiple emotions at once.

And to me when someone is entering into a criminal plan to do something its no ones fault, but that specific person who decided to make that choice if they are killed or injured or w/e. I don't see how that makes any sense whatsoever. This is likely just some move like the crack laws back in the day were about getting black kids in prison quicker, easier & for longer.

Lack of remorse is a big, big no-no. It shows that you are still an extreme danger to the public and should be locked inside a cage like the animal you are.

If he holds this attitude he is doing himself no favours. Skinny boi like that is going to have his anus used as a fleshlight. Hopefully they can whip him into shape in prison and change his savage, uncivilised behaviour / attitude.

        Peace

IT's the felony murder rule that most states have (46 states to be exact), even liberal progressive California has a law like this. The felony murder rule is that if one commits a crime and someone ends up dead, everyone is charged with that murder, not just the main culprit. The origin of the law goes back centuries.

The rule of felony murder is a legal doctrine in some common law jurisdictions that broadens the crime of murder: when an offender kills (regardless of intent to kill) in the commission of a dangerous or enumerated crime (called a felony in some jurisdictions), he/she is guilty of murder.

The concept of felony murder originates in the rule of transferred intent, which is older than the limit of legal memory. In its original form, the malicious intent inherent in the commission of any crime, however trivial, was considered to apply to any consequences of that crime, however unintended.

This law is inhumane. The state tried a 15 yr old kid that didn't kill his friend as an adult murderer. Any of you with one iota of common sense can see exactly what this law is designed for and how prosecutors, roughly 90% white in Alabama, will apply it.

                      How is this possible?
Dunn.. you have almost surpassed MCC by being the biggest piece of **** on this forum.

White people didn’t put him in jail buddy.... calm down.
