Hundreds of reports for nearly a year and you think there is zero truth to any of them? Something was going on, way too many reports for all of them to be lies.

seems to be harmless now, but the attitude of the TS is the same attitude that was displayed by people during the time of the inquisition that got thousands of innocent women burned at the stake accused of witchcraft...

i doubt you are going to get a copy and read it but here is a proof...

          Google Essex lion.

Even the mass media in this country was convinced there was an escaped lion roaming the Essex countryside. After dozens of sightings and a huge cathunt the 'lion' in the original picture was revealed to be a small ginger tomcat.

man, this question of yours has really turned me off...

the fact that the inquisition has faded away because science has explained a plethora of phenomena that otherwise one has to attribute to superstition is the answer you are looking for...

              im done with this thread...

Im sure thoses women where not witches....but we cant prove or disprove that. Same with the Mothman, no one can disprove it or the hundreds of reports. Most people fear the unknown, I embrace it.

At the time they could prove which women were witches....the ones that floated, which they would burn. The woman that werent witches drowned.

Anything is possible, but an intelligent individual looks at what is plausible and what is most probable.
In this case its quite implausible and improbable a giant flying half moth half human creature scared locals in a village for a while.

This isnt fear of the unknown, its mass hysteria, superstition, exaggerations, lies, and bullshit.
