    Be careful though with clap push ups. Best to do them on a mat or softer surfaces. Hard surfaces like concrete can shock the elbow joints.

      i dont wanna be a johnny rain cloud of sorts ...but i've seen well fit dudes do push ups and they get tired and ready for a break after like 30 of them ...

      yall sure your doin 100 or so in a set?

          I sure don't. I do 4 sets of 25 but never 100 in one go. When you weigh around 225lbs it can be harder to do a long chain of push ups than if you weigh 150lbs.

            I could do 100 pushups, and I never felt shoulder strain from it.

              You're a lucky guy. I've caused myself some real injuries pushing myself to 100 straight away.
