Havent watched the whole thing yet but in that second segment of him with the medicine ball, I dont think he's doing it right. He's too straight up IMO. He has to lean back more if you ask me.

His form looks right but i prefer to hit it harder so it moves around a lot more and works on your hand eye coordination accuracy and timing better. It almost looks like he is warming up at that pace

I would never need a trainer now. Seriously they go to school to be a trainer, but you can learn all the exercises in a few workouts.
