Former DC Mayor Marion Barry sounding an awful lot like Idi Amin

Back in 1972 Amin seized all Asian owned businesses before expelling all Asians from the country, with the exception of doctors, lawyers and teachers. Here's Barry, currently a member of the Council of the District of Columbia, sounding a bit too much like Amin. Disgraceful, as has been the lack of coverage.
