Marginal Similarities Between Vitali and McGregor's Punch Execution?

I think there might be some very slight similarities between the angles that Vitali and Mcgregor throw punches, although Vitali is much more refined. Perhaps just a side-effect of coming from a Martial Arts background going to boxing or just my imagination?
