I played both

Played Football back in 03 as a offensive linesmen or something.. was good at blocking and shoving etc

was good fun, but always had gas in tank afterwards. not as physically demanding however.

Rugby I am a tighthead prop, the anchor of the scrum. If my technique slips.. my back or my neck is at risk.. I dare any 6'7+ 260lbs+ linesmen to try scrummaging for 10mins is all ill say.
