39's not old though, like they say, your only as old as you feel.

I feel great, don't smoke, drink or do any drugs. Workout and take care of myself. I actually feel stronger and hit harder than I ever have, I think I have that grown man strength I heard of when I was a kid.

I just have lost speed and some stamina.
